The CST620 supports high-capacity SD cards and can save test data in FAT file format on the SD card, allowing convenient data viewing on PCs.
This downloader incorporates a high-capacity lithium-ion battery, and its low-power consumption design ensures up to 7 days of continuous operation on a single charge. The instrument is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with built-in charge/discharge management circuitry to prevent overcharging and over-discharging. The battery provides up to 40 hours of continuous operation per full charge.

Working Principle
The CST620 Handheld Data Downloader utilizes the C8051F120 microcontroller as its main control chip, with external circuits including an SD card driver circuit, serial communication circuit, keyboard control circuit, and LCD display circuit.
This handheld Data Downloader features a built-in virtual interactive interface capable of simulating user configuration interfaces for multiple corrosion monitoring instruments. It automatically identifies instrument models and serial numbers, then activates the corresponding user interface accordingly. This design enables a single downloader to manage multiple devices (CST400C, CST480), while creating and maintaining separate databases for each, ensuring clear and organized field data management.
